Registration

A participant can only access courses after certain registration details are collected. In general, these details are supplied to us by the licensed organisation as part of a periodic staff details upload process. In some cases, organisations prefer to have staff enter their own details as part of a self-registration process.

Fairly detailed data are captured as part of the registration process to enable the administrator and the course mentor to interact with the participants about the course and generate comprehensive statistics and reports that help the organisation in the day-to-day management of its learning initiatives.

Information needs to be entered if an organisational representative wants access to a demo course. The information collected is used to follow up the expression of interest.

We use course access history and answers to questions, tests and assessments to administer our courses, track course participants and gather statistical information.

Surveys and contest

From time to time, our site requests information from users in the form of surveys. We will preserve any email messages that you send to us if we believe that we have a need to do so. Emails sent to or from Techniworks Action Learning are routinely monitored for quality control and systems administration purposes.
